Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CampusZeus website and platform, operated by SpeelYaal. By starting a trial or using the service, your institution agrees to these terms.

1. The service

CampusZeus is a multi-tenant education ERP for Indian colleges and schools. Features vary by edition and by the packages your institution enables. We may improve, change or add features over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

Trials and accounts are intended for recognised Indian educational institutions. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of accounts you create for your staff, students and parents.

3. Acceptable use

• Use CampusZeus only for lawful, education-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to breach tenant isolation or access other institutions' data.
• Do not misuse the communication tools to send unlawful or harmful content.

4. Your data

Your institution owns its data. We host it in India and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We support data export so you are never locked in.

5. Trials

Free trials are provided to help you evaluate CampusZeus. We may set reasonable limits during a trial, and we may end trials that are used in ways inconsistent with these terms.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep CampusZeus available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated where practical.

7. Fees

Paid plans are governed by a separate order or agreement with your institution. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding price quote.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CampusZeus and SpeelYaal are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to institution administrators.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
