This policy explains how SpeelYaal ("we", "us"), the company behind CampusZeus, handles information in connection with this marketing website and the CampusZeus platform. We are an Indian company serving Indian colleges and schools, and we design for privacy first.

Data is hosted in India

All CampusZeus platform data is hosted in India. Each institution ("tenant") is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so one institution can never see another's data.

This website uses no tracking cookies

We do not set tracking cookies and do not use third-party analytics on this website. We keep a small amount of information in your browser's local storage only to remember your theme (light or dark) and language preference. This never leaves your device and is not used to identify you.

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form or start a trial, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, phone, institution name, role and message. We use this only to respond to you, set up your trial, and provide support.

• Contact / demo requests: used to reply and arrange a walkthrough.
• Trial signups: used to create your workspace and send login details to your email.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve CampusZeus.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. For institution data held on behalf of a college or school, the institution is the data fiduciary and we act as a processor under our agreement with them.

Data retention

For platform data, institutions retain their records as part of the product's academic-year retention model. Marketing enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then removed.

Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, tenant isolation via row-level security, access controls and audit logging.
